Thomas Boyles was very friendly from the time we got out of the car until we finished all our paper work. We did not come in to buy a car, but he was so nice and just eased us in a new car, no pressure. H of the car until we finished all our paper work. We did not buy the first day, but returned and bought. Hunter explained what we were getting for our car and the financing. Thomas found just what we were happy with. For the most part I enjoyed the experience of this purchase, however, I do not feel it should take 6 hours to purchase a car. I feel at times I was left sitting to see how much I could be worn down s purchase, however, I do not feel it should take 6 hours to purchase a car. I feel at times I was left sitting to see how much I could be worn down so they could make the sale. I didn't get the car I really wanted, but I did get a nice car. I worked all day then after work stopped by to see Colette and I did not get home until after 10 PM. That is unacceptable and I think you need to figure something out so that your customer doesn't have to waste 6 hours of their time after already working a 9 hour day. More

I went to Classic because of their participation in the USAA program. My salesperson was very personable. He took the time to review the different options and styles of the Mustang I was looking at purch USAA program. My salesperson was very personable. Instead of a quick push to purchase, I got a thourough tour of the car and its features and options. All of the questions I had were answered and the discussion went at my pace, not theirs. Ultimately, Classic helped me find what I wanted and at a price that I knew was fair. More
The people there were very friendly and honest. They listened to what I wanted. I walked in there just to find out how much my car was worth and walked out with a much nicer vehicle, but I didn't feel listened to what I wanted. No Order Confirmation, No copy of contract or order, No Estimated Date of Arrival, No Updates on order, No Contact with us after Ordering car. We went to Dealership repeatedly to get an order confirmation Estimated Date of Arrival, No Updates on order, No Contact with us after Ordering car. We went to Dealership repeatedly to get an order confirmation and updates but all we got was a piece of paper taken out of a different car and we were told "this is what we ordered in a different color and without this extra package!" So actually a different car. Every time we ask to a sales person for updates, they had to check with the sales manager and he could never give us any updates because he did not know and did not know who to ask. Sales Manager did not care and did not make any effort on finding out. The last week before our car finally made it to Ford we wanted to talk directly to the Sales Manager and his basic answer for everything was "I have to ask the GM but he is in a meeting in Detroit!" Might be true but is there no 2nd in command? Seriously? However, he promised to call the GM and call us back WE ARE STILL WAITING ON THAT CALL! Luckily another sales person took over our case and he seems to be the only one in this Ford Dealership that cares. After months without receiving a single phone call or email from Ford finally someone called to make sure we get our car as soon as it gets to the dealership. Thank you Andrew. More
