This is the second new vehicle I have bought at this dealership. Because they are easy to work with, and the employees help each other out with issue and or questions if they are not sure. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership with a pre-approved bank check so no issues with them getting their money. I drove away a happy customer, then 3.5 weeks later I was still waiting for my l pre-approved bank check so no issues with them getting their money. Eventually, I contacted my financial institute who acted on my behalf and forced the dealership to mail me my license plate paperwork. I paid nearly $400 for "admin" fee and an additional $60 for license plate fee and this was the kind of service they provided me. totally unacceptable becuase my "temp tags" expired before i received my license plate leaving me in a bind because I could not drive the car due to their lack of caring and responsibility.
