Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia wrote on 2/24/2013 9:11:36 AM: Classic Ford allowed the customer to void the original contract when he expressed displeasure, a practice most dealerships will not do. Classic Ford did not void the terms or price they agreed upon with the customer. Classic Ford will honor , at any time, the agreed upon price with the customer, February 22nd or March 14th. One sale is not worth negative anxiety, the customer agreed to all terms and signed paperwork willingly. Customer satisfaction is Classic Ford's #1 goal and we feel when a customer is not satisfied with the terms they agree to, we simply allow them to void the transaction. I am available at any time to discuss the transaction with this customer.
