I did all of the price negotiating for the truck online, so it went very smooth from that perspective. We did disagree on what my trade in was worth, but we resolved that as well. Justin was great to work More

When you purchase a used car and only 1 key is provided it's disappointing when you have to spend an additional $100.00 for the key AND programming. Since these keys have microchips one can not just have More

This customer came to our dealership and professed that he had been shopping for 3 months and knew where every Explorer within 100 miles and prices were located . he said he needed a vehicle to replace his 129,000 Explorer Sport track before he went on his next vacation in May. . He made us an offer on vehicle instock and assured he knew what he was doing because of the extensive research he had done. He also asked us to beat the interst rate of the Credit Union. He had an interest rate of 1.9% and we beat his rate and got him a rate of 1.69% as he requested. He left work early that evening and came in and completed the paperwork and took delivery. He told us that he did not need his wife and that he bought the Sport track he was trading without her. He also expressed that she was not happy with him when he had bought his the vehicle he was trading to us. he said she got over it and that she would have to get over thsi also if she did not approve. The next day he texted our General Sales Manager and told him that he would like to come and get his garage door opener and bring his title to us, He told us he would come by after work. At 2:17 pm he texted my GSM and said his wife was flipping outalthough she knew he was looking for a 3rd row seat vehicle as if the Explorer he purchased did not have a 3rd row, basically saying that that was the reason she was flipping out. We informed him that the vehicle did have a 3rd row seat. Our vehicle also had a sunroof which the other Explorers he was looking at did not have with the exception of one at Carmax that was sold out from under him when he returned to purchase that vehicle. After knowing all of the facts, I think it is clear that this gentleman had all intention's of purchasing a Ford Explorer, he initiated the transaction, came to us, made a decision, acted expeditiously upon a great offer, and left Happy! There is more to this story than what this customer is sharing publically!
