We were not disappointed! The entire dealership team had a hand in ensuring we had a great buying experience the second time around, from our salesman, to the new car sales manager, to the general manager, and finally to the finance manager. These people sacrificed their personal and family time by staying beyond normal dealership hours to ensure we received the deal we wanted! Excellent customer service is not a thing of the past,...it's at Classic Ford/Lincoln of Columbia! More
Proir to purchasing the vehicle that my wife and i purchased,i takled with Jason Belton on a couple of occasions.Jason was and is very informative about the the vehicle that we ended up purchasing.I h purchased,i takled with Jason Belton on a couple of occasions.Jason was and is very informative about the the vehicle that we ended up purchasing.I had told Jason that my wife and i would meet up with him on the 6th of june which was saturday at 10:00 oclock.....i called and left word that i was a little ahead of schedule and would be there in around 9:30 and was told no problem come on and Jason would be waiting on you...when my wife and i arrived there i was very impressed,Jason was waiting and everything from there went like colck work.Jason brought the mustang around that my wife had picked out,and by the way this mustang was on the back lot that jason was sure my wife would like.We loved the car,and as far as working out a deal that we were confortable with Jason was wonderful.prior to our leaving i informed Jason how pleased my wife and i were and that if i knew of anyone that was looking to purchase a car i sure would send them to him. More
The service department has been great. I get a loaner car if the service will take a long time. Costs are reasonable and everyone is friendly. I decided to purchase a new ford truck because I've had excellent service from Ford trucks over the years. I met my sales associate ( Andrew Moore ) on Monday and as I looked over various trucks I was had excellent service from Ford trucks over the years. I met my sales associate ( Andrew Moore ) on Monday and as I looked over various trucks I was impressed wth his knowledge of his product. I have been to other Ford dealerships but no one has impressed me like Mr Moore. I told him up front to answer my questions and not to pressure me and if he did those two items, I would more than likely purchase my new truck from that dealership, and use only him as a contact. He did exactly as I asked. No pressure, just truthful answers to questions I had. The rest is history. I am very proud of the new Ford F-150 sitting in my driveway. I can't say enough good things about Andrew Moore. He is honest, caring, and has a ood sense of humor. I will be back whenever I need a new or used ( I know you like to use the term "pre-owned" , but it is used LOL ) truck. Thank you for the good service and great attitude!! John C Cockram Jr More
This was my first car buying experience, and I have to say that I don't think it could have gone any better. I started working with Mr. Jenkins via phone throughout the day and I felt confident enough to say that I don't think it could have gone any better. I started working with Mr. Jenkins via phone throughout the day and I felt confident enough to come in to potentially buy a truck. He helped me understand all of the terms of the purchase and was pleasant to negotiate price with. I felt that Mr. Jenkins, along with the rest of the employees I interacted with, were very knowledgeable about the car buying process and their products, which made my experience very pleasant. It was nice to see all of the employees working together to make sure that the customers were satisfied with their experience. Mr. Hicks took the time to show me all of the different features that came with the truck that I bought, and he was very enthusiastic the whole time. Mr. Humphrey was very pleasant to work with through the financial process and I was very pleased with the fact that he explained every detail to me and sincerely wanted to make sure that I knew exactly what I was getting. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at this dealership and I will definitely be recommending them in the future! More
Justin is a great sales associate at classic ford. He helped me in purchasing my first brand new vehicle. We did everything over the phone and all I had to do was go to the dealership and sign the paper helped me in purchasing my first brand new vehicle. Rico was great. He seemed to be the only salesperson doing anything for anyone, I am fortunate to have been linked up with him as this was my first time shopping at Ford. This review has such a low rating because I wasn not satisfied with the service nor the competence of the sale associateor the way I was treated by some of the other employees at this dealership. My fiance went into this dealership from xxxx in February. He had to find one of the most incompetent sale associate he could find. First off when I got there the gentlemen showed me the 2013 ford explorer. I liked it. It was my favorite color and everthing. My fiance had already filled out an app and I had to fill out one to be included in the purchase. Guess what they could not find his credit app. After all of that was fixed they did give me a great deal and I left with the car that night. We had to come in the next morning to dot all the I's and cross all the t's. We got to the dealership about 10:00 am. They had us WAITING to fill out paperwork for 3hours. When we finally got to the back to sign all the paperwork the worst happened. ALL THE FORMS THAT WE WERE SIGING HAD ANOTHER PERSONS CREDIT information ON IT!!!!! ALL of the paperwork did not have myself nor my finaces credit on anywhere. They pulled some one elses credit and added it to our vehicle. If it was not caught at the moment of signing someone else would have owned the vehicle that we were purchasing and going to be paying for. THIS IS A CLEAR VIOLATION OF PRIVACY THAT THEY BROKE. The paperwork had a females name, address, phone number, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER and everything!!! They had to run my credit and my fiances credit all over again. Then the paperwork that he said took 3 hours to get together, he prepared in less than 10 minutes. At that moment I should have walked out of the door, but I really wanted that vehicle. I have more issues with CLASSIC FORD OF COLUMBIA but I cant discuss it because I'm currently getting ready to sue them. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They are not for the customer, they are for what money they can get out of it. This was my first purchase of a brand new vehicle and it was very disappointing experience. I will probably buy another Ford because I love my vehicle but I will never deal with this dealership ever, ever, ever again. More
