Mr. Benjamin is a good automobile salesman. It was the first stop for my wife and I to look at new small size cars. We had thought that if and when we did decided to trade-in our 2002 Honda CRV that we w first stop for my wife and I to look at new small size cars. We had thought that if and when we did decided to trade-in our 2002 Honda CRV that we would get another CRV. However, we had heard a lot about how the Ford had improved in quality and thus dependability in recent years, so we decided to stop by Classic Ford and take a look. Without being "pushy", Mr. Benjamin was very aggressive in finding out just what style and type of vehicle we were interested in and succeeded in getting us to stop and look at what Classic Ford had to offer. Within a short time he had our interest in the Ford Escape and followed up by having different colors brought up for our viewing and subsequent test drive. He described and demonstrated the various features of the model we chose and we toured the facility and met department managers. We were impressed with the facility and management at Classic Ford and felt that we were offered a fair trade and reasonable price for the new car. Thus as a result of all the above and on a day we thought we were only going out to breakfast, we drove home in a what we think is a beautiful new car that we are very happy with at this point. More
