The dealership bent over backwards to sell me a vehicle. Rico in particular was sincere and honest about the entire sale. The problem was with Ford itself. Imagine how you would feel if you bought a new vehicle, and on the way home the vehicle became almost un-driveable. The dealership bent over backwards to correct the problem. Ford itself needs to look at its quality control. I considered purchasing a Toyota Prius V instead of this vehicle because of Toyota's quality standards. More

Having always driven an import I decided to purchase my first domestic vehicle. After months of research the Lincoln MKX was the SUV/crossover for me. Erik Nelson General Sales Manager greeted me and introduced me to Dayle Davis my sales person, it was the best car experience ever for me! Dayle was very informative about the MKX and was there to assist and answer all of my question. Mr Nelson directed me to JT my finance person who help me with my financing. Dayle had my new Lincoln ready to go with a full tank of gas!!! Both Dayle and Erik Nelson was there to congratulate me on my new purchase and the general manager Kevin Hand even came to congratulate me! Never in my car buying experience (believe me a lot) have I ever dealt with a more professional and caring sales team! Mr. Benjamin is a good automobile salesman. It was the first stop for my wife and I to look at new small size cars. We had thought that if and when we did decided to trade-in our 2002 Honda CRV that we w first stop for my wife and I to look at new small size cars. We had thought that if and when we did decided to trade-in our 2002 Honda CRV that we would get another CRV. However, we had heard a lot about how the Ford had improved in quality and thus dependability in recent years, so we decided to stop by Classic Ford and take a look. Without being "pushy", Mr. Benjamin was very aggressive in finding out just what style and type of vehicle we were interested in and succeeded in getting us to stop and look at what Classic Ford had to offer. Within a short time he had our interest in the Ford Escape and followed up by having different colors brought up for our viewing and subsequent test drive. He described and demonstrated the various features of the model we chose and we toured the facility and met department managers. We were impressed with the facility and management at Classic Ford and felt that we were offered a fair trade and reasonable price for the new car. Thus as a result of all the above and on a day we thought we were only going out to breakfast, we drove home in a what we think is a beautiful new car that we are very happy with at this point. More
