Just purchased a new F-150 from Classic Ford. Experience was very pleasant. My sales person was Brian Davis. The dealership bent over backwards to sell me a vehicle. Rico in particular was sincere and honest about the entire sale. The problem was with Ford itself. Imagine how you would feel if you bought a new vehicle, and on the way home the vehicle became almost un-driveable. The dealership bent over backwards to correct the problem. Ford itself needs to look at its quality control. I considered purchasing a Toyota Prius V instead of this vehicle because of Toyota's quality standards. More

Dayle was very informative about the MKX and was there to assist and answer all of my question. Mr Nelson directed me to JT my finance person who help me with my financing. Dayle had my new Lincoln ready to go with a full tank of gas!!!
