Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia responded

Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia wrote on 1/30/2014 2:14:52 PM: Sharon Council was called and spoken to by myself, Kevin Hand General Manager. Sharon Council was never told she could drop the car off before the lease ended. Sharon Council is going through a divorce and lost her job which has caused her to become delinquent on her car note. I contacted her to tell her that she would not be charged a mileage penalty if she trades the car back in to Classic Ford. Her loan would have to be approved. After speaking to Sharon Council it became apparent that her pending divorce and the loss of her job has compromised her ability to pay for the car, this being the real issue as she shared this with Kevin Hand. I have offered this to her in writing and even offered assistance to her with maintenance. Sharon Council was suppose to come by and have this assurance given to her in writing, she has yet to come. Classic Ford will honor Sharon Council's request if she comes by the dealership. Classic Ford has offered to help her trade into a car less expensive so that her car does not become repossessed.
