I went with a specific vehicle in mind to purchase. They had the vehicle available, I test drove it and began to negotiate on price. Rico knew the answer to most of the my questions immediately. My only complaint is they only had one finance employee working at the time so I spent almost two hours just waiting on finance. I was not pleased with this but Rico made sure I was comfortable during the time. We've been buying here for decades and I tell the salesman immediately that i'm going to be straight up with them and I expect them to do the same with me. I do my research and know what i'm doing when purchasing a vehicle. Rico was very glad to abide by that and we took care of business quickly. More
