We arrived the service as planned and waited in the car as we usually do for employee to be available and approach us in the line. This lady with at most attitude came and had a time with her nastiness. No customer should be treated as we did. Will be addressing this soon with someone! Have been to this dealership three times (1 purchase/2 service) and they have taken shortcuts every single time. Latest service (safety recalls), they had my vehicle for a week. This dealership never contacted me with the status of my vehicle nor offered a courtesy car. Requested to speak to a manager three times and was told three different stories on why they have been short handed. When I picked up my vehicle I request documentation of the tests ran so I could take to another Lincoln dealership and the representative advised that there are no records. Avoid this dealership! Very disappointed with my experience here. I went in inquiring about a specific vehicle. I supplied the sales boy with the VIN and vehicle location. It was at another dealership. I inquired about their ability to get that particular car and they made it sound like it wouldn’t be an issue. Later in the day I returned ready to purchase only to find the price had jumped $3,500+. Obviously puzzled, I inquired about the difference, and was told that they other dealership was obviously not “very skilled” with selling their Aviators, as if that were a plausible excuse. If you can’t make something happen, I get. But don’t overpromise and underdeliver. Or try and tack on thousands of dollars for the convenience of having a vehicle transferred. A tank of gas and a road-trip is much cheaper! Needless to say, Lincoln lost another customer to a competitor. Potential buyers would do well to steer clear of Rico and Classic Lincoln in Columbia, SC. More

Do not purchase a car from this dealership. I went in looking to purchase a backup car due to my profession. This was my final location and was tired of looking. I should've just went home. He appeared like a decent guy. Boy was I wrong. Basically, he sold me a car that he knew had sludge in the engine and then got an attitude with me when the engine light came on a week later and I tried calling him. While I was test driving the car he kept going on and on about how well maintained the car was. It wasnt!!! When he brought me the carfax I didn't notice the first page was missing. He brought me the 2nd page which showed multiple oil changes. So I assumed he was telling the truth. When I brought the car in the finance manager had me go to " their mechanic" to take a look at it. Bottom line he was a liar too. He claimed he called my warranty company three times . When I called the warranty company they said he never called. He kept my car for a week and added 50 miles to my odometer. xxxxx!!!! DONT EVERY PURCHASE YOUR CAR FROM HERE. THEY ARE ALL LIARS!!!!!! More
Worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. Would give them no stars if that was an option. Had my vehicle 13 days and didn’t even look at it. On day 7 I had to call them. They told me that there were 7 vehicles in front of mine and it would take an additional 3-4 days for someone to look at it. After 6 days of waiting for them to call me I called to check on the status. Again they told me that 7-8 cars were in front of mine. At that point I went to get my vehicle back. Will take somewhere else. If you read this and still attempt going there you deserve what you get. More
