Courtland worked on it while we were at lunch and found one for us. It was a little more than we wanted to pay. He did not follow us around and make us feel pressured. Instead let us look around a little more and even test drive one we thought we would be happy with. We decided to get the F-250 that he had located for us from another dealer. Boy, we were so surprised and happy that we went with the one he found! We were not easy, he had to work to get want we wanted. After Sales Review On 1 May 2014, I took my Ford Mustang in for an oil-change. Aft wards, I decided to look at the new 2014 Ford Fusion because I wanted better gas mileage. I was greeted immediately by Mr. Courtland Bailey and shown what cars were on the lot. Though he admitted that he was new to car sales, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. He showed me a 2014 Ford Fusion hybrid and I was done. We completed the paperwork as quickly as possible (Mr. Bailey was very accommodating throughout the process) and I was given over to Mr. Jamal Bailey at Finance. He found financing and, when that payment amount was over what I wanted, found a way to reduce the payment and keep everyone happy. I could not have been happier with the process. Everyone understands that trading in an old and buying a new car is a rather lengthy process - these two individuals, however, made the time pass easily. I did not get the impression that there was any "manufactured time" or other techniques in order to pressure me to buy whatever was on the lot. Both individuals were very professional and are a credit to the company. My other car comes from Classic Ford and all of my routine maintenance is performed there as well.
