Tried my best to get assistance from dealership. Not only got the big brush off ("As is" means "As Is"), was publicly insulted by them suggesting my driving skills were at fault. Had they followed up or had any ongoing service, it could have been a minor inconvenience. Instead it shows a pattern of poor after-service and sneaky, disreputable service. I was incredibly disappointed. More

We wanted to make sure that she had a dependable car to leave home with and that the car would last thru college and she would still have a dependable car to start "her life" with. Rico and Nicole were great to deal with. They knew a lot of technical info about the SUV they sold us. They answered every question. We traded a vehicle and felt like we got what the Van was worth in trade in. Kelly was also very nice and knowledgeable. Haven't has to try the SERVICE side yet but the SALES side is great. More
