Purchased car from this dealership initially extremely nice fixed a few things that we noticed on the car because it was used. Then completely messed up a transfer of a tag from another vehicle to the new vehicle called texted did everything. Now I've got to go to the DMV myself and straighten it all out and pay another fee to the DMV to have the tag corrected that I paid to the dealership initially. So if you're just purchasing the car they're just as good as they can be but soon as you sign those papers they don't know your name. More
I bought a Ford Lightening Electric truck for Classic and i was hoping to get the Tax credit for the vehicle. I even financed it through Ford. After calling for several weeks, I had to call corporate for the i was hoping to get the Tax credit for the vehicle. I even financed it through Ford. After calling for several weeks, I had to call corporate for them to tell me this dealer does not participate in the tax credit. Now i am out 7500 because they did not revel this to me until a year later. Very poor customer service. My family has always bought Ford. Unfortunately we will no longer be recommending Ford due to this dealership. More

Worst dealership to work with. When first purchasing vehicle we had to wait another half hour or so for keys to car and the car itself after completing paperwork with Finance Dept. We have since traded in vehicle and trying to cancel the extended warranty has been difficult. I have left multiple messages with finance and general managers. They have not returned my call. After about a month I finally got someone named William who said he was 2nd in command to speak with me but he sent wrong papers. He emailed them so I also emailed him in hopes of getting a response but have been unsuccessful. I even tried chat from their website and left a message. We’ll see if they return my call. Will never deal with this dealership again. This has been the worst experience i have ever encountered. If i didn’t live an hour and a half away i would have gone in person but that’s just not an option. They just don’t care about people. Worst customer service. More
I dropped my vehicle off for a diagnostic. I was told they would have my car for 7-10 business days. I was under the impression this time would be for everything from dropping off, having the I was told they would have my car for 7-10 business days. It took over a week for them to even touch my vehicle before i decided i cant wait any longer and would have to take it elsewhere. I was fortunate enough to borrow a family members car, and i cant imagine how much money i would have put into a rental for my car to sit in their lot, untouched for a week. Service techs did not try to rectify the situation and just said "okay" when i explained my frustration and needing to come get my car back. More
After purchasing my car from out of state, I no longer got the assistance from the dealership. I have been reaching out to them for the past 2 weeks and even spoke to my sales rep with no update to when I got the assistance from the dealership. I have left multiple voicemails and a message with the operator with no response. If you are from out of town I recommend not buying anything from this dealership. More

Customer service very poor. I made an offer on Wednesday by text (salesman's preferred communication) with no response. I made an offer on Thursday via voicemail with no response. On Friday morning, the salesman called and accepted offer with arrangements to come in later that afternoon to pick up the vehicle. Two hours later, I received a text saying that "they just sold the truck to someone else". I called and spoke to sale manager William Doggett to discuss the situation. He told me (without asking his salesman) that I wasn't telling the truth and hung up on me. Do not do business with this dealership. More
