My appointment for a software update was 11/19/2024 @ 8AM. When I dropped off my vehicle, my service advisor, Rafael Alexandri checked me in. I confirmed with him the estimated time to preform the servic 8AM. When I dropped off my vehicle, my service advisor, Rafael Alexandri checked me in. I confirmed with him the estimated time to preform the service was about 4 hours. I expected to get a call that afternoon to come and pickup my vehicle. When I had not received a call by 3:46PM, I attempted to contact the service department to check the status. No one answered the phone. On 11/20/2024 at 8:14AM I called again. I spoke with a female that said she did not see the keys and said she would leave a message for Rafael to call me back. He did at 8:26AM. He said he did not have my keys and would check with the service technician to find out where my keys were and would call me back. Rafael did call me back and apologized for the confusion and said that the technician forgot to bring him my keys and that my vechicle was ready for pickup. He offered to send a shuffle to pick me up, however, I told him that I did not need a shuffle. I picked up my vehicle on 11/20/2024 at about 9:30AM. More
