Tony and Veronica did there best but not the people under Tony. Suburban was supposed be o have ceramic coating with a full detail, full tank of gas, and a small dent removed. It took 2 weeks then when I went to pick vehicle up unit was dirty on the inside, no fuel, low air pressure on tires, and dent had not being taken care of. Dealer kept calling me that they needed the loaner I had but I still didn’t have my vehicle ready. Talked to Tony and told me to keep the loaner till they could finish my vehicle. I could only pick my vehicle up on weekends and Tony was ok. Since they needed the loaner he was going to send me another loaner till the weekend. Alfred went a different route and took my vehicle to my house and once it arrived vehicle was still dirty on the inside. More
