The service team that I worked with (Peter Gancarz and Dan Mikeska) took an interest in my transmission issue and did everything - and more - that could be expected. I was provided a loaner vehicle and was given regular updates. The problem was solved and in the end I was given a complimentary oil change and gas fill-up. The Service Advisor went above and beyond to pay attention to details, properly troubleshoot the issues, and to confirm the real problem before I spent a lump sum of cash. I tow my car to your dealership more than I have ever towed the rest of my cars combined and I almost 40 years old. C of your vehicles is horrendous. I can’t even go trade the car in because everything I go to start it sputters and I have to tow it back into the dealership. Normally great service- Last visit for regular schedule maint. oil change- tech left cap off windshield wiper filler bottle and bottle needed filling. Returned to service bay and brought it back- still emp maint. oil change- tech left cap off windshield wiper filler bottle and bottle needed filling. Returned to service bay and brought it back- still empty- Too, there was no reset of oil life indicator. Now there’s a trust factor if they really did do the scheduled maintenance for fuel injector and differential. More
