Service Advisor Mike G. is AWESOME! Mike's communication about your vehicle is unbelievable. Mike listens to his customer and understands the repair / maintenance needed for is AWESOME! Mike's communication about your vehicle is unbelievable. Mike listens to his customer and understands the repair / maintenance needed for one's vehicle. Mike then works with his mechanic team to ensure the vehicle is repaired properly and in a timely manner. The great mechanic team working on the vehicle reports anything they might find that needs attention in addition to the reason the vehicle was brought into Classic Elite Chevrolet, so that one can make an informed decision as to repair or not to repair what the mechanic team found. Mike G and the mechanic team is a TRUE asset to Classic Elite Chevrolet and anyone needing repair / maintenance for a vehicle should give Mike G and his team an opportunity to show how the team works together. Won’t honor websites price and tried to jack up price by 8k! I sent screen shots of the online price and she took almost the entire day to get with her managers. Once the managers said the price online was 8k! I sent screen shots of the online price and she took almost the entire day to get with her managers. Once the managers said the price online was not correct, she said she wouldn’t honor the online price listed on both the Chevrolet site and the their site that was given to me by Chevrolet. More
