I had a terrible experience with this dealership’s service. I made a reservation for Monday afternoon. However the car was not even looked at until Wednesday. Meanwhile I never heard a single response service. I made a reservation for Monday afternoon. However the car was not even looked at until Wednesday. Meanwhile I never heard a single response about the vehicle. It took me calling several times to finally get a response of “they just started looking at it.” It then took almost another full day for them to finish the vehicle. Even then I had to call to keep getting updates. This was the poorest communication I have received. It also took almost a full week to get my car back after making a reservation. What is the point of making a reservation if the car won’t even be looked at for another two days. On top of that I was not given a rental vehicle because the dealership did not have any. I had to go to a car rental place and rent a car for three days personally in addition to the expense of getting my car fixed. More
