Chris took my truck in. After 1 missed trial of trying to fix the truck and after returning the vehicle to the dealership note I never left the dealer lot issue was still there check engine and running bad turning off Chris took it back in and made sure this second time it was looked through thoroughly super happy with his service went above and beyond kept me updated as soon as any change or advancements with my 2021 Silverado 5.3 Trailboss super disatisfied with the GM product my very first GM vehicle I only owned Japanese vehicles and gave GM a try safe to say I will never purchase a GM vehicle again this truck is a lemon. Any ways back to what I was saying from the staff GREAT TREATMENT specially Chris like I sed after that first miss of diagnosis that he ofcourse didn’t have nothing to do with he made sure the second it was really taken care of and kept me updated and felt it wasn’t just left unattended really felt I got taken care of this time around thank you. More
