I bought my new 2022 Tahoe from Classic in July 2022, the second new vehicle in the last 5 years my family has purchased from them. I started having AC problems in February 2023 which were still ongoing at t second new vehicle in the last 5 years my family has purchased from them. I started having AC problems in February 2023 which were still ongoing at the end of July after my car was there around 50 days all summer for multiple AC repairs and part replacements with no loaner available and my AC was still not repaired. Many attempts to reach out to management were ignored and limited interactions with the service manager were poor experiences. I lost all trust and confidence that Classic could make the needed repairs or provide good customer service. I felt I had no choice but to move to a different dealership. More
