The advisor promised service delivery within 1-1. 5 hours and delivered within the timeframe. Truck was washed. Pretty bad. I worked with Gordon. Was told if I was there by 5:45 they would be able to take my car as a walkin. I arrived at 5:40 after a 40 minute drive to I worked with Gordon. Was told if I was there by 5:45 they would be able to take my car as a walkin. I arrived at 5:40 after a 40 minute drive to be told I would need to leave it overnight. Then I had to Uber back into Houston and figure out how to make it back out the next day. When I arrived to pick up my car after it was ready at 11:00? They road hazard one tire. My car has 22,000 miles without replacing any tires so there was no call or consideration that I might want to pay to put another tire on the car. More

It was an easy quick experience! I had my evaporator core replaced (😳) it wasn’t cheap but in line with other repair shops.
