I had just arrived in Houston for three years work assignment. It was barely two weeks since arrival and I am still not accustomed to the system here. This young gentleman is very patient enough to answer all my doubts about car procurement from car specs, history, pricing and so on. All his professional answers help to make my day which I had already struggled enough for past couple of days. Also, he is full of energy and able to get things moved very fast. A totally understanding guy where he knows that I have a very nervous family waiting for me in the mall. Thanks again and i will definitely come back to u for second car in this month, Finally, thanks to Devon’s manager. He is also one of the hero. I came late for the appointment and all sales consultants did not have the bandwidth to attend to me. When I was about to leave to another shop, this cool manager ran all the way to the car park to catch and apologize to me. To be honest, I think the company is very lucky to have hired him as the manager. Although I had already made up my mind to go for another shop at that point of time, his explanation, professionalism and humble attitude manage to persuade me to stay on.
