This dealership is very bad poor management the general manager and the service manager .We took our 2005 dodge truck to get a fuel pump put in and they broke the fuel tank we smell gas so we took it back manager and the service manager .We took our 2005 dodge truck to get a fuel pump put in and they broke the fuel tank we smell gas so we took it back to the dealership they said they broke the fuel tank.They did not offer us a courtesy car while they try to fix the problem. They found a old fuel tank from somewhere and that one was broke when they got it .We went there and made a lot of phone calls to them they saw my number so they stop answering my calls.It almost a year now and they still haven't fixed the fuel tank.I talked to the service manager today and he said that he has an old fuel tank he can put on with no warranty. They got a attitude with us because they broke our fuel tank and don't want to replace it with a new one.They couldn't fix it so why they didn't give us the money for a new fuel tank and installation.I will advise anyone to not take their car or truck to this dealership because if they break something they don't want to fix it the right way they will see your phone number and they will not answer your phone calls.Why they don't want to do the right thing this is insane I know why........ Everyone with whom we have dealt with here has been helpful, courteous, and attentive to our problem. My husband and I are older and the service here reminds me of the personalized, caring service that helpful, courteous, and attentive to our problem. My husband responded to a question on a recent survey asking what they could do better to which he replied they could charge our car (hybrid) so we’d have charge to drive home. On the next service appointment, they did just that. We picked up a charged vehicle! We could not rate them higher! More
