Fine when you want to buy a car, TERRIBLE when you need anything from them afterwards. I traded in the car that I bought from them back in November and requested a GAP cancellation and partial refund back anything from them afterwards. I was told 4 to 6 weeks to get the refund and we're going on week 10 with no updates. I've been calling multiple times a week and leaving messages and never get a call back. I emailed the finance manager that did my cancellation today and the email bounced back as undeliverable. Hate to have to leave a bad review but nobody will give me any answers so I don't have any other choice. Definitely wouldn't recommend buying from here if this is the kind of service they provide after the deal is done! More
