They will take care of you until you buy the car then you are nothing. We tried contacting the Finance dept multiple times and even the store manager to get an update on the warranty refund and were ignored are nothing. We tried contacting the Finance dept multiple times and even the store manager to get an update on the warranty refund and were ignored repeatedly. After many attempts we finally got him to answer the phone but the finance manager lied outright about submitting the paperwork and then promised he would call back, but of course did not. We verified with the warranty company the check was processed(a month after they said it was) but now cant get anyone to answer the phone about sending us our refund. Worst experience we have ever had. More

Took my 2019 scat pack in for tire warranty, that in it self took awhile. Waited 3 hours to get the wrong tire put on,came back a week later to get right tire put on and got it home with missing chrome va self took awhile.
