I got my Jeep Compass serviced there and my Jeep was fixed, but unfortunately the service advisor are not professional. When I went to pick up my vehicle the advisor could not find my name nor keys whi fixed, but unfortunately the service advisor are not professional. When I went to pick up my vehicle the advisor could not find my name nor keys which really was upsetting. Turned out he set my keys with a different customers file and my receipt and service paper where under another customer name. Very unprofessional and especially the fact that the advisor was going to give me the receipt without fixing the personal information. Very glad I waited for the advisor to fix my file. More

The wait time was about 2. 5 hrs for an oil change. And the price has gone up significantly. It went from ~$50 to $70.. and now $90.
