Found a decent Ram 1500. Didn’t really enjoy how the sales manager handled things. We agreed the front bumper would be fixed. The manager is going to fix it but he is hiring a body shop to fix instead o sales manager handled things. We agreed the front bumper would be fixed. The manager is going to fix it but he is hiring a body shop to fix instead of replacing the bumper. On the back side of the bumper it is being held by tie straps so I believe they are fixing the hole in the bumper just for a temporary fix. The sales agent was good to deal with. Just didn’t really feel like it was good customer service from the service manager. He was nice, but I feel like if they want my business in the future I figured they would put more effort into just changing the bumper instead of putting a temporary fix. More
