Ordered 2 Ram 1500 limited night edition trucks. I was the easiest costumer they’ve ever had. Told them what I wanted and never haggled with them on price. 1st one my landscaper blew rocks into the I was the easiest costumer they’ve ever had. Once again never haggled them on trade price or sales price of 2nd one. Within 1st week of getting the 2nd one the fuel injectors went bad and would cut off on cold start. Spent 2 weeks in the shop. Once getting it back and with only 1k miles the engine blew up while driving on the highway. Blew a hole in the side of it. Endangered both mine and passengers life as the vehicle died while driving. They replaced the motor. Truck was fine after replaced engine. Decided then that I wanted the 3.92 axle instead of the 3.21 axle. Still only 2k miles on current truck. The truck is paid off have the title in hand. When I let them know my intentions of getting a 3rd truck they said I could get a hemi without the ETorque which I now find isn’t correct. They either lied or didn’t know either way both are bad. Now I can’t get them to give me a price on buying this truck and ordering a new one. Basically getting ignored. Don’t appreciate the lack of respect for someone has hasn’t wasted any of their time and bought 2 trucks from them haggle free. I would recommend trying a dealership around the triangle area and steering clear of this dealership. I’d hate to see how they treat people who are more difficult (which would be basically every customer other than myself) More
