Worthwhile experience I must admit I'm a Honda girl, and I drove to Goldsboro from Raleigh to check out a used Honda Pilot from Classic Chrysler. I was reluctant to even go to the dealership because I thought I was stuck with a vehicle that I didn't like. After talking with the salesman and the sales manager they were both upfront with me about my situation but told me they could help, and after an hour or so of working the numbers and going over my options they made it happen, and I drove away in a brand-new truck that I'm extremely pleased with. I was amazed that they could get me out of the situation I was in and in a vehicle that I'm truly happy with. If you need help with a vehicle you can't find a better group of guys. More

I appreciate being able to schedule appointments for service. when I got there yesterday, my van was taken in on time and I watched through the window from the waiting room from time to time while the work was being performed right beside me. Within 30 minutes the service was completed including installing a recall part. The dealership was quite busy but that didn't interfere with my appointed time. This is a new relationship for me after having dealt with another Chrysler dealership in Savannah, GA from 1995 until 2013, where I always got special treatment. Looks like this dealership might be right on par with matching that long term relationship. More
