Easy Day at the dealership I used the USAA Car Buying service which directed me toward Classic CJDR for a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Classic CJDR offered an unbeatable price (tru I used the USAA Car Buying service which directed me toward Classic CJDR for a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Classic CJDR offered an unbeatable price (trust me I asked around) and was able to help me on a short timeline. In 24 hours they had the exact Jeep I was looking for on the lot and ready for a test drive. When we arrived after over a hour drive from Wilmington, the staff assisted me in install my child seat and got us on our test drive. After the drive, Jamar the sales manager who I had spoken with on the phone, stopped by to confirm the price we discussed on the phone (well under MSRP). On top of that they were able to help take care of my leased vehicle while we waited for finance. All in all I spent over a month researching vehicles, getting pre approved for a loan, and test driving several models of Jeeps before going to the dealership to buy. I expected the worst from past experiences where I would have to work them down from MSRP just to save a few thousand dollars. This was not the case at Classic CJDR. The original quoted price was the best in the region (if not the country per TrueCar estimates), and no haggling was needed once I arrived to get rid of unwanted dealership charges, fees ect. I would be happy to go back should I ever need to look for a new car. More

Sales Team allowed for negotiation; Finance rate was high Nora, the internet sales representative, talked with me and influenced me to come in and test drive a truck. She is very friendly and bubbly. At the beginning, I received a unrealistic price for the 2500 Tradesman Ram. I majored in business, so I understand the strategy of starting high and negotiating to meet in the middle. Receiving a good/fair price for a 2015 Ram 2500 and for our trade was most important to my husband and I. Stephanie, our sales advisor, was very nice and, while I know she wanted to sale us a truck, she wasn't pushy or inconsiderate of our feelings. Stephanie and Jamar were willing to negotiate what we felt was a fair price for our trade and for the price of the new 2015 Ram 2500. While we did spend all day at the dealership, it was a successful experience and we left the dealership with a price we felt was good/fair. All in all, the sales staff and finance personnel were helpful and wanted to do whatever it took to earn my business. However, my husband and I both have credit scores over 750, but for some reason the Finance Department could only get us a rate for 4.1%. Honestly, this is ridiculous. Two days later, I was able to get a finance rate at through my bank for 2.1%. #Really! I didn't like that the Finance Department tried to push one over on me. Anyone, I fixed that issue. I never felt pressured, and the environment was positive. I would recommend being prepared to push the sales team in respect to negotiating b/c the dealership is in the business of selling vehicles and you have to look after your finances in the long run. More
