Professional Car Experience. I did an online search and came across the dealership. I was not aware that dealership was even in Goldsboro. Upon internet request, I quickly receive I did an online search and came across the dealership. I was not aware that dealership was even in Goldsboro. Upon internet request, I quickly received an email and phone call about the car I was looking for. Went into dealership on this past Saturday, and my salesperson was Antonio Townsend. This was the best car buying experience I have done. He was upfront with about what could be done within the payments I was looking for. The fact that my credit was not in the best of shape, did not detour the dealership from working with me. They where very informative about my options, and they suggested a great vehicle in my price range. I would recommend Classic Dodge to anyone in the Wayne County area. I was truly impressed. I don't remember the gentleman name who suggested the vehicle but he was very professional and made sure I felt welcomed the minute I walked in the door. Internet purchase from out of state During my internet search for a vehicle I found one I liked. I asked a few questions in regards to the vehicle and she promptly answered them. I also asked for additional pictures of the car I was wanting. She immediately sent them. I asked for the "carfax", and she had that sent as well (I was interested in a used vehicle). I then asked since I was an out of state buyer, how does that work? She went and grabbed Jamar, he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. We then talked about the car I wanted, turns out he knew a lot about the vehicles he was selling. Well, after about 6 to 8 calls we had this all worked out, I felt comfortable making the purchase from so far away (California). I can say they are a pleasure to work with, very up front and honest, and helped facilitate my purchase! They made my purchase fun! Many thanks to everyone who helped! More

Stephanie was willing to allow me to test drive a truck and was patient with my questions and concerns. That was over a month prior to actually deciding on the vehicle I purchased from Classic Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Goldsboro. Stephanie was professional and answered all my many questions. I'll be the first to admit I was a difficult customer due to my many circumstances preventing a "smooth" transaction but she was never rude or impatient with me. This means a lot and I will have no problem referring Classic or Stephanie to future customers. I'll also add the business manager (can't remember his name) was also very professional and courteous as I finalized my purchase. I have to say I was overall impressed with all staff who were very pleasant throughout the process. More
