They called me RIGHT away and answered all of my questions. Jamar did not rush me off the phone and was very, very pleasant to speak with. My husband drove over an hour out to the dealership the next day because they were so warm and friendly. He drove away with a brand new Dodge Charger and loves his car. This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. The staff we worked with Terrika and Jamar went above and beyond what we ever could have expected from a dealership. The only thing that disappointed me was the condition of the vehicle, there was some small things that I would expect a dealership to have fixed before showing to potential buyers. Dont believe what they put on paper! Asked them to send a bill of sales to my credit union, went to my credit union signed paper work got a copy of bill of sales the jeep. Went to dealer to buy the jeep notice another bill of sales in there paper work the jeep had went up in price $1898.99. Jamar told me he could not sale me the jeep for the price he send my credit union. I told him that the check I have is based on his bill of sales. He told me he made a mistake. I asked him to eat half and i will eat the other half of his mistake, he told me no. Called a guy name Jeff Cropp that woks for Mr Mill he took my side of the story, then he got Jamar side. He called me back and said Jamar make a mistake. Then he procede to tell me it musta been a computer error. He and Jamar work together. Nothing has been done about it as of yet. More
