Jake is great, friendly, & an asset to the service department. My car was in for a routine mileage oil change, tire rotation, fuel system flush. The rear tail light assembly on both sides was fault department. My car was in for a routine mileage oil change, tire rotation, fuel system flush. The rear tail light assembly on both sides was faulty & Jake used our warranty coverage. Jake was able to order parts that should arrive in a few days. I have been to this dealership multiple times since purchasing our 2018 minivan & have always received excellent service with a friendly smile.
