Service advisor Chris Pierson is the reason I will travel 20 miles 1 way to get my vehicles serviced. Honest, great customer service. As I stated on the other questionnaire, I have 6 Chrysler made vehicles from my Jeeps to Chrysler minivans, I met Chris Pierson at Clay Cooley years ago and would never trust my vehicles with anyone else. I am very particular, OCD and when Chris moved to Classic so did I. It is worth the 19.7 miles one way from North Irving, sometimes in traffic just to get my vehicles serviced. I have referred others to Chris and they as well travel a ways just for the service Chris provides. His knowledge and customer service is top notch. In this day and age, I beleave to many will only complain, but do not take the time to commend. The cashier and porter are also friendly when I show up. My Grammy has now started traveling to Classic 20 miles 1 way as well just because of Chris, and let me tell you, that woman doesn't like to many people, but she appreciates Chris with his honesty and upbeat customer service. Hope Chris stays at Classic, if he leaves many will follow! But he seems very happy with Classic, which means that dealer must be a great one one to work for. A good combination!!! I had an outside mirror replaced on my Promaster City at an exorbitant cost. It did not come in when they originally said it would and I never received a call telling me this, causing me to have to re-arran an exorbitant cost. Further, the service advisor was not aware that it would not come painted and after it was installed, he sent me a photo telling me that painting it would be extra! The nice chauffeur man told me the painter comes in on Tuesdays, as the service advisor did not seem to be around when I went to pick up the van. I have not had it painted yet, and feel I should not have to pay for this because a) the service advisor himself didn't even know it would not be painted (lack of training on your part) and b) I was told about it after it was installed! I have had my van serviced here before and have been happy with the work - and the mirror is fine - but the lack of communication was glaring this time around. More
I was disappointed to learn at the very end an additional $400 to $500 would be added to repair. It is my opinion that a cross threaded bolt should have been identified early in the process when that bolt wa $400 to $500 would be added to repair. It is my opinion that a cross threaded bolt should have been identified early in the process when that bolt was removed. It leads me to question whether the technician was the one that cross threaded the bolt when putting back together. Latham was very professional and did a good job given the circumstances. It would be difficult for me to recommend someone here or for me to be a return customer unless I know measures are put in place to minimize this from occurring again. More
Horrible and have lost my trust where the service department is concerned. My warranty paid more than 7k for a service that I now believed was not fond but patched. My Car was at the dealership for almost a month! This was to long for the 2 repairs that were made. The service man (Jake) was ok but communication was a little sparse. one of the problems I asked them was to long for the 2 repairs that were made. The service man (Jake) was ok but communication was a little sparse. one of the problems I asked them to fix is that my ignition switch periodically would not engage leaving me to try to turn on for a long as 5 minutes and nothing was found to be wrong. However, 2 days after I had the car back it locked up and I had to try for 2-3 min inserting and trying to turn the fob. I thought I was going to have to have the car towed?? More
