It was a complete nightmare! ! Had my car since the 10fh of January! Took it in for Batteries. I just mentioned to Lathen that I would like y'all to look at the Heater Core. Do ! My car has 47.000 miles on it and it's a 2018 keep compass! He calls me back and tells me that the heater core was bad and needed replaced. It wasn't leaking I just had a smell that you could smell when sitting for a time. But ok I told him to go ahead and make the change. I didn't hear from him for over a week and I had left voicemails asking about my car. Finally I sent him a text on Jan 31 asking him about my car. 20 mins later I finally hear back from him. Saying that the Tech was really going to work hard on trying to get my car to me. On feb1 I again hate text him asking about my car. First text I sent was at 9:05 am. No response. Second text I sent was at 11:45 and he finally responded. Bad news I'm about to call you. So he calls and tells me the NEW heater core was bad and now that didn't have another replacement part. Mind you I'm still carless at this point. I needed a car to go to a family funeral. So finally I was able to at least get a loaner. Yesterday February 18th I got the call that it was ready but the oil change he had promised had not been done. My car was filthy inside and out. Pieces from the car just laying on the floor. The cover on the back of the car around the exhaust area just flapping away. Get in to pay , keep in mind when Lathen told me how much it was at the first for everything would be around 3000.00 for both batteries and heater core. When we started going over the cost there was other charges for things I was never told about or asked if I wanted them replaced like the AC evaporator 354.00 and 157.00 for labor. So the 1000 he told me he would take off would have made 2000. But now I had a invoice for 3000 again with 1000 already being taken off plus's parts I never approved. After telling him that I wanted to speak with a manager he said he would take off the 354! I told him he could take of the labor as well because he never picked up the phone to get an approval for the additional changes. Twice in the time my car was there I called and tried to talk with Manny. I never once heard from him!!! Now I will have to take my car back up there because my horn was disconnected and the alarm!!!!! The only reason I brought my car to you is because of Classic Chevrolet and Buick. Bought a car from both places and loved it!! Fantastic service! Working with your company has been the absolute worst experience I've ever received! More

Horrible customer service and follow-up with major service pricing concerns. 12/2/2021 – I placed an order on mopar site for running boards thru Classic, no response from Classic 12/17/2021 – I service pricing concerns. 12/2/2021 – I placed an order on mopar site for running boards thru Classic, no response from Classic 12/17/2021 – I placed second order online, no response from Classic, even after sending an email inquiry and voicemail. 1/11/2022 – I placed and order for running boards in person at the Classic Parts desk. Was advised I would be called when they came in after a few days. After a week with no response I called and they said the parts were in so I scheduled installation on 1/24/2022 with the service dept. 1/24/2022 – I bring my truck in at 0730hrs for a installation of the running boards and an oil change. I was told the installation would be 1 hour, $165.00 so I decide to wait at the dealership. 3 hours later I am advised by the service rep that the running boards arrived damaged and they would need to order another set priority to be delivered the next day. I wait another hour before my oil change and paperwork are complete. 1/25/2022 – I bring my truck in at 0920 hours to have the new undamaged running boards installed. 1 hour later my service rep advises me my truck is ready and it will be $330, 2 hours of labor even though they only had the truck for 1 hour and I was told previously it would only be 1 hour. About 45 minutes later the corrected paperwork is finally submitted so I can checkout and leave. More
