Took a while before we received an estimate. Once the estimate was completed, had to re-quote because the parts estimate was inaccurate. Actual repair timeframe was a little more accurate. Service advisor offered to reduce some costs due to the estimate error and time the vehicle was down. Did not get any feedback on why the system may have failed in the first place (would be valuable to insure a recurrence is prevented). More

Was in for the 60k mile service. I arranged my own transportation. Service was fine, until I realized that they had tacked on a 3.5% surcharge for using a credit card, but never told I arranged my own transportation. Service was fine, until I realized that they had tacked on a 3.5% surcharge for using a credit card, but never told me about it. Cashier actually told me the amount without the surcharge and proceeded to charge me a higher amount without telling me. I discovered when reviewing the paperwork at home. Not a place I would recommend. More

My repair service was a nightmare. After they had my vehicle for seven days and it had not even been seen I wanted my vehicle. The supervisor then asked if he could expedite the repair After they had my vehicle for seven days and it had not even been seen I wanted my vehicle. The supervisor then asked if he could expedite the repair to improve the experience. I picked up the vehicle the next day but had to return it the following day for more repair. I would not recommend this service department. More
