Pitiful parts service. Called to talk about an order and was told (Bryan) that he needed to call me back later as he had customers in front of him. I had requested mats for my new Jeep and the wrong ones were sent. Even though I purchased the Jeep here, they asked for the VIN to make sure the correct mats were sent. Last week, I had to keep calling Bryan to get any information. He finally called back and said that he would have to reorder the mats. I asked that once they arrive if he would take a picture of the mats and send to me I could see if they were correct as the last ones sent were for a hybrid Jeep and not my Diesel engine Jeep. Yesterday (04/18/2022) Bryan said the mats were in and he would send me a picture to ensure they are correct. Nothing ever came and nothing this morning. The customer service AFTER the purchase is most lack luster. I have requested the GM call me back but have heard nothing as of 11:41am, 04/19/2022. I absolutely hate to leave a poor review online but at this point, I have little choice as I would hope the dealership would want to know about their poor service. More
I had to talk to 3 people just to get my car scheduled for a recall. The 1st two said they would call me back after checking for parts and never did. Then I had to reschedule my appt because I had a ho for a recall. The 1st two said they would call me back after checking for parts and never did. Then I had to reschedule my appt because I had a house fire. I called and the person I spoke to said oh no big deal bring it in tomorrow(Saturday). I asked if I could be taken home and was told yes. I show up Saturday morning and I'm told they don't do shuttles on Saturday so I had to call someone to come get me. I had several things I needed to have addressed, 2 of them were issues that were caused by previous things that were done on prior visits. I was told each of those things would require a diagnostic for $169 each. I thought that was ridiculous especially since they caused the issues in the 1st place with the work they had done. I'm still waiting on the call to bring the car back in to get the rest of the work done because they didn't have the part. I was told 10 days and this Friday it will be 3 weeks since I picked my car up. I will not buy my next car from this dealership nor will I take my car back there again for any more repairs. The service is horrible. More
