First I would like say that the new service facility is phenomenal. Hayden was there to greet my wife and I as we pulled into the service drive. After the vehicle was completed I noticed both Hayden and the technician that performed the services were vacuuming my truck before it was released back to me. Overall an excellent experience. I took my car to Classic for routine maintenance (oil change). Since Express Lane does not require an appointment, I just arrived and took my place in que.
