My 2022 Grand Wagoneer has spent 3 months in the Classic Jeep service department on the first 7 months I’ve owned it. Horrible communication, truck has been returned to me broken more than once, incomplete Jeep service department on the first 7 months I’ve owned it. Horrible communication, truck has been returned to me broken more than once, incomplete repairs, won’t cooperate with factory technicians but tell me that they can’t do repairs unless they can replicate error codes which the factory can help them with, my truck sits for weeks with no progress and no updates. The truck has been a major disappointment only surpassed by the horrible service from Classic and, in all this time of them acknowledging their poor service, no one above my service advisor has ever bothered to contact me to apologize for this “experience”. All anyone does there is check boxes. Biggest mistake I’ve ever made buying a vehicle. More

I am always dissatisfied when leaving here. This is the 3rd time I’ve brought the vehicle in for a routine oil change & detailing. On this last visit my vehicle wasn’t washed or vacuumed and wa This is the 3rd time I’ve brought the vehicle in for a routine oil change & detailing. On this last visit my vehicle wasn’t washed or vacuumed and was told on arrival for pick up that they could do it real quick if I don’t mind waiting. This is ridiculous. I’m not sure why this is a continuous thing but it is an extreme inconvenience & I’m annoyed that I have take more time out of my day to address this. More
