Worst service ever. Dealership had my vehicle for over a week and my service advisor (Rolando Garcia) never contacted me to give me an update on my vehicle while in was Dealership had my vehicle for over a week and my service advisor (Rolando Garcia) never contacted me to give me an update on my vehicle while in was in service. I had to call numerous times after a week and I was always sent to voicemail. No return calls after numerous voicemails were left. When I finally got my vehicle, my Rolando didn't approach me to explain the details of the repair or give any recommendations for future service. They didn't even have the decency to run my vehicle through the car wash. I will never go back to this dealership for service again. More
