We had a mysterious noise emitting from the front of the suspension. Service advisor Chris Pierson provided excellent service in determining the cause of the noise. It was found to have a broken right fron suspension. Service advisor Chris Pierson provided excellent service in determining the cause of the noise. It was found to have a broken right front axle, motor mount, and right front sway bar end link. After Chris waited on hold for nearly 4 hours for warranty repair approval, the parts were all sourced and the required repairs made. The car drives like new and we couldn't be happier with the service experience and outstanding communication from Chris. It is worth the 35-minute drive for us to have such conscientious service from the technicians and the staff at Classic CDJRF of Arlington. More
There is minimal customer service without reaching out to upper management.
