Austen and I were able to come to a quick agreement on the value of my trade. Unlike other dealerships it was pretty quick and fair. I told them where I was at and they worked with me on it. The sales manager seemed a bit pushy by coming around the table and saying that they don't have many R/T's available. I responded that Moritz has plenty and I will just go there if we can't come to a deal. Other than that, everyone else was pleasant to work with. The finance process was very smooth. I had my own financing and Lupe didn't pressure me to add things I didn't need or want or push me into their own financing company. When I picked up the car the process was really fast. Tint and temporary tags were already affixed and all I had to do was just drive off the lot. They set me up with the app that controls my car from my phone. They took good care of me and I will likely come back if I decide to purchase another vehicle. Ask for Austen! More
