We purchased a BADLANDER and sales associate did not detail/give proper presentation of the vehicle, I feel he left out some need to know details on this truck before we decided to purchase . Did not go on test drive with us , we had to find out later after purchase that original tires had flat spots so tires had to be replaced . My BADLANDER has a rough country suspension and come to find out BADLANDER uses FOX and BDS Suspension, I brought this up to dealership they say “ Due to COVID shortages BADLANDER used a Rough country suspension instead of the BDS/Fox suspension. Per BADLANDER rep Miles ” I was also told that parts can be substituted either equal or higher value , I need to get a statement on the pricing for the BADLANDER package , the front bumper clear coat peeling , the badging on the door has glue stains on the truck from when it was installed . The front grill has a chip as if it was mishandled during install . The vehicle was never washed or cleaned out when delivered to me . I have mentioned I have had bad experiences with Ram Jeep Dealerships in the past , I was promised to get honest and great service . I’m still waiting on the dealers ship to deliver that great service they promised. Our Jeep compass never recieved a spare tire/ replacement kit . More
