Service took 3.5 hrs and I was denied a ride home. Service was unable to turn off “inflate tire sign “ and to securely tape spare tire cover to maximize reverse view. Aurelia was very cognizant of my time restrictions, and friendly. That was the only part of my interaction with her and Frank I am happy with. Despite my previous statements I would only make the 3 hour dr friendly. That was the only part of my interaction with her and Frank I am happy with. Despite my previous statements I would only make the 3 hour drive to the dealership for a certain price range on my trade in, Aurelia used deception in how I was presented my trade offer. All i was told is they are "paying off my balance". They only stated how much they were going to payoff vs. how much they were giving me for my trade. Not mentioning negative equity carrying over. I did not figure this out until I sat down with Finance and went over the numbers. I told Aurelia I would not come in at the price that was told to me over text message. I 100% understood it needed to be seen in person, but was told that number would be a minimum given for my trade. So when I found out that is all they offered without telling me, I was very upset and feel burned. I owned a 2020 Ram Rebel, so I was very familiar with the entertainment system and overall inside options. When I asked questions about the suspension, capabilities and how a diesel worked vs a gas, I was told I dont know but will find out and never got my answers. The first part of the process was fairly quick, but ended up waiting for 1.5 hours to get in with finance. If this had not taken so long, I would have had more opportunity to follow up on my questions around performance of the truck. I am a well qualified buyer with credit over 800 and very good income. I do not feel the finance dept did much to offer me options around interest rates or banks. I bought the truck because I love Ram and it was the truck I wanted. If I was on the fence about buying this scenarios would have driven me away from buying with Classic. I will not be buying another vehicle from a Classic dealer in my future. Which is a shame because I am going to order a grand wagoneer in Jan of next year. More

Classic dodge has done all the service on my truck since it was new. When did you’ll stop checking fluids on oil change. If someone would have told me the radiator needing flushing I would have done it and it was new. When did you’ll stop checking fluids on oil change. The last 2 visits left my windshield washer fluid empty…I guess I need to go back jiffy lube. They flushed my radiator when it needed it.. Also why don’t you’ll update the Mopar Webb site? You need to show these these repairs on it. This is my 3th ram truck that I’ve owned and was hoping to keep it the rest of my life since I’m retired and put no miles on it.. More
