Short version: Left Jeep Gr. Cherokee with dealer for 3 weeks and dealer did not complete diagnostic and repairs as they say they did. Long version: Left my 2017 Jeep Gr. Cherokee at Classic Chrysler*Dodg weeks and dealer did not complete diagnostic and repairs as they say they did. Long version: Left my 2017 Jeep Gr. Cherokee at Classic Chrysler*Dodge*Jeep for an appointment on Aug. 10. to diagnose control panel warning ‘Service Traction Control’. Before they got to my vehicle for diagnosis, I also called the dealer to fix the windshield wiper fluid sprayer. Eight days later the Dealer called me on Aug 18th with a diagnoses to replace the Traction control module, not under warranty. They also found an oil leak that I did not know was an issue but would be covered under extended warranty after meeting my $100 deductible. The dealer said my Jeep was ready on Aug. 21st, but I was not able to pick it up since I just left town on business for a week. The dealer was nice to let me leave the vehicle there for a week. I picked my Jeep up on Aug 30. The service guy assured me that the windshield wiper sprayer now works and it was just a loose hose. As soon as I pull out of the parking lot I notice the check engine light on. I return to the dealer to wait another 45 minutes to find that the tech did not reconnect all the engine sensors. I also find that the windshield wiper sprayer still does not work but I did not have time to sit while they diagnose that issue again. Not happy with the service and long 8-day wait for diagnosis and another 3 days for incomplete repairs. The tech could have turn the car on to see the service engine light was on indicating incomplete repairs. More

The dealership personnel were very friendly and kept the showroom neat and clean. It was my first oil change based on what the car was saying, it was time at 3000 miles. The young lady on the phone and the service advisor never mentioned oil changes are at 5k or 6 months. I did not realize it until reading the reminder for my next oil change. The car wash was more like a rinse and I had to finish it up after receiving my car back.
