Horrible and have lost my trust where the service department is concerned. My warranty paid more than 7k for a service that I now believed was not fond but patched. My Car was at the dealership for almost a month! This was to long for the 2 repairs that were made. The service man (Jake) was ok but communication was a little sparse. one of the problems I asked them was to long for the 2 repairs that were made. However, 2 days after I had the car back it locked up and I had to try for 2-3 min inserting and trying to turn the fob. I thought I was going to have to have the car towed?? More

I had my 2020 longhorn 2500 fuel filter and oil changed. When I got in my truck after there was diesel and grease all over door panel. The truck smelled like body Oder and diesel. Went back in to service ma When I got in my truck after there was diesel and grease all over door panel. The truck smelled like body Oder and diesel. Went back in to service manager and he said he would take care of it. 5 minutes later brings it back out. Still smelled like diesel and body Oder. I guess he thought by wiping the grease and diesel off door panel was taking care of it. He did tell me to bring it back the following week and he would detail it but I wasn’t going to wait 5 days for that smell to go away. So two hours and $50 later at car wash truck is like it was before the dealer had it More
