I ordered my car brand new from this dealership. 100k Redeye. I took it in and asked for the front tires to be balanced. The service guy told me is was going to be $80! Then his manager (I guess) to 100k Redeye. I took it in and asked for the front tires to be balanced. The service guy told me is was going to be $80! Then his manager (I guess) told him it was under warranty. Then the manager tried to talk me out of getting my tires balanced. I felt like he didn’t even want to check the tires for me. Then when my car was pulled out and ready to go. I waited outside beside my car for 23 mins before my keys where brought to me so I could leave. Very disappointed in the service I received. I wasn’t going to leave a review the service was so bad but since they keep sending me emails, here you go. More
