My service advisor was very nice and the cashier was an amazing woman. However 2 parts of my car were broken during my visit. First mt lug cover was broken off and just set on the front seat. I took it to the advisor and he very nicely said he would look into if he could do anything. He was able to replace the part for me at the time at no charge. Secondly the interior tri. That covers the driver side seat belt was broken off. The advisor saw me trying to put it back on and came over to help. After sending it back to the shop they were able to get it temporarily put back on. He has ordered a new piece to replace the broken one. It is on back order at this time. The fact that parts of my car were broken and no one attempted to do anything about it until I brought it to someone else's attention was very frustrating. I am concerned about bringing my car back since it seems it is handled very roughly especially since I only came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was one of the first 3 people there and was there for 2 and a half hours. More
