The Prius I bought was listed as a Prius C4 but was actually just a Prius C1 A week and a 1/2 after I bought it, I got an alert that the "Hybrid System has a failure". They said that it was serviced before I purchased the vehicle, however Toyota told me the oil was old and some of the maintenance has not been done. I still do not have a working vehicle. More

I am torn with this there are some nice guys that work there but it took 2 1/2 hours to change a tire I asked for new lug nuts and that didn’t happen, then they put the tire in the front when I asked for there but it took 2 1/2 hours to change a tire I asked for new lug nuts and that didn’t happen, then they put the tire in the front when I asked for it in the back. They also left the middle piece of the hub cap off. I had to call them the next day and ask about all this. A very nice gentleman named Mitch brought my hub cap piece he told me that he would speak with Jesus who was May service tech about coming and getting my car and doing what I asked but I have not received any calls. So obviously the service sept doesn’t really care about your satisfaction once you leave. More
