The lack of communication from our service advisor, Shane Holcomb, left much to be desired. There were so many unanswered phone calls and texts. There were so many voicemails left unanswered. Our vehicle was there for FIFTEEN days with little to no communication from our service advisor unless we hounded him. When we finally did pick up our vehicle the price we paid was $600 more than we were quoted and I am still waiting for an itemized receipt instead of the estimate I was handed when I picked it up. If we need service done in the future we will go to a different dealership. More
This dealership is terrible. We checked with another dealer and there was a fix and parts available and were repairing vehicles on the recall on a daily basis. We had our vehicle fixed by another dealer, but still have never heard from Classic. They will not return phone calls for anything other than trying to sell you a car. When I took my Ram pickup in for an oil change, I got it back with five unreported miles on it with all indications it had been taken for a hard test drive running the Hemi to the limits. Everything in the covered bed was up against the tailgate, and apparently the center glove box had come open for papers that had been in it were on the passenger seat and floorboard. This was all reported to the Service Advisor, Service Manager, and the dealership. There has been no response. More

Tomorrow will be a month they have a had my jeep. Yours calls go to voice mail and they don't return your calls. I have been up there 4 times and still giving me the run around. Its a shame that Classic has turned into just another sleazy car dealership. I recently inquired about a truck they had advertised and I ended up not what I wanted. The salesman(Ricky?) CONTACTED sleazy car dealership. I recently inquired about a truck they had advertised and I ended up not what I wanted. The salesman(Ricky?) CONTACTED ME the next day with a different truck. He sent me a video and his price quote was $69k +Tt&l, decided to make him an offer and he sent over a price quote for $84k!!!! I told him, “I’m not playing his games” to “never contact me again.” This is where it gets ridiculous….. He calls, I hang up on him. He calls again, I tell him to “xxxx off” and hang up on him again. Then his Manager “Cody” started in and sends me a xx message that thy sent one the wrong truck…..xx!!! I tell him to go jump in a lake that he is “full of crap and I am not playing his games.” He keeps sending me message after message trying give me more and more xx. He was acting like a little girl that needs everyone to like him. My advice……. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!! There to many car dealers it there that won’t play games. More

Service department worked with me promptly once I arrived. Communication was good. I appreciate them dealing with my electrical issue (12 inch screen) even though it was not malfunctioning when I a arrived. Communication was good.
