Bought a brand new 2019 Chevy traverse in 2019. It has since had several problems. The last time I took it in I was told by Kevin I had a transmission problem, a bad purge valve, and a bad heat shield actuator. He said the transmission Dept was backed up by 3 weeks and to just drive it and if it gets worse oh well because they are fixing it. Three weeks later I took my car in and it sat there for another 3 weeks. When I asked about it Kevin told me there was no issues and it was perfectly fine. Less than a mile up the road went to get gas and it wouldn't take any because of the bad purge valve that apparently healed itself while there and then broke again immediately. Less than 10 miles from picking it up the car jolted and then refused to actually move....1st and 2nd gear of the transmission were stripped. Also it clicked the entire time because again. ..my self healing purge valve didn't heal after all. When Joe contacted me he was rude and dismissive and refused to provide the information my legal team needed. In the end GM bought the vehicle back because the damage done by classic was more than they wanted to fix. They also told me this has been an issue with classic for some time. The only thing my car did get there was 4 huge xxx scrapes. Deep as xxxx. Joe told me he watched the videos and it was definitely not them but when I asked for the same footage he said to bring it in for it to be repaired. Shady and lazy. Do not give them business. More
Classic Chevrolet's service advisor quoted a price for window parts to me over the phone. Classic Chevrolet then charged a price for the parts that was 800% higher. I was quoted $37.50 each for two after- window parts to me over the phone. Classic Chevrolet then charged a price for the parts that was 800% higher. I was quoted $37.50 each for two after-market window regulators and charged $342.37 and $332.38, not including labor to install. Window regulators for my vehicle are available from multiple sources, brick and mortar as well as online, for less than $100. Some sources have them for under $50. Walmart has them for $63.68 (with the motor). The price I was charged was 400% higher than the price for the same item (plus the motor) at Walmart. A quick Google search verifies the true cost of the after-market parts that were sold to me for $342.37 and $332.38. I was quoted $37.50 for each part. The invoice from Classic Chevrolet shows how I was charged nine (9) times this amount. Walmart's website shows the same part (plus the motor) for $63.68. It is available at comparable prices from numerous sources. The verbal quote of $37.50 that I received from Classic Chevrolet's service advisor was similar to verbal quotes I have received numerous times from auto dealership service departments. This was my first visit to Classic Chevrolet and potentially my last, pending resolution to this complaint. More

Took my 2018 Chevy Tahoe in for a transmission slipping problem. Kept my Tahoe for over 2 weeks, didn’t status the problem and didn’t return phone calls after we called Alan Garza 4 days in a row. Also, problem. Kept my Tahoe for over 2 weeks, didn’t status the problem and didn’t return phone calls after we called Alan Garza 4 days in a row. Also, gave me a loaner with a leak in the tire and said to come in and we will fix the leak but will take 2-3 hours because we are so busy. Seriously, who has time for that??? I even asked for a Suv loaner and they told me that they come in on Fridays and would call me when one came in. That was a lie too. They sold all their loaner suvs. Finally, I got so angry I called the Service Manager Adam Kemper. He proceeded to tell me that my Tahoe had been ready for 3 days and no one called to tell me. Said there was not a problem with transmission, so I demanded my truck back and said I would take it somewhere else. The absolute worst service we have ever experienced and will NEVER go back or recommend them to anyone. More
Angel is an Angel! Should not have tried Saturday oil change and basic new car services. Then went to the services department that is closed on Saturday. Service Advisor was right there got me checked change and basic new car services. Then went to the services department that is closed on Saturday. Service Advisor was right there got me checked in and under 45 minutes all services oh yes and washed oh yes and paid out. Cashier was extremely polite. Best cooperation I have ever experienced from any dealership. I now know buying from Classic was the right choice. More

Recently informed that I'm the 2nd person to be banned *Parody Review* Yes Ladies and Gentlemen, You too can be the Winner of Classic Chevrolet's 2019 Customer retaliation event with the Grand Prize in *Parody Review* Yes Ladies and Gentlemen, You too can be the Winner of Classic Chevrolet's 2019 Customer retaliation event with the Grand Prize including never again being allowed to have your vehicle serviced at this location. To Enter, you must schedule your Non-Employee Customer Evaluation with Joe Laubhan - Service Director. *Contest rules* 1. Do not complain about the service done to your vehicle, even if there is an actual issue with your car/truck that has not yet been properly diagnosed after repeated attempts. That's what DTP is for after all. Warranties are just a formality and TSBs only apply to Fords right? 2. Do not complain if your vehicle has been sitting at the dealership for 3-4 days without status update or get upset if you're informed after 3-4 days that the person you're going to pay to perform "Non-Warranty" work won't be available for 3 weeks. You should rejoice anyone noticed your vehicle to begin with. 3. Do not expect to get your vehicle "Serviced" at a service department nor expect service from a "Service" dept. It's 2019. Customers are annoying and this will deduct points. 4. Having an issue with your vehicle enters you into an agreement with Classic Chevrolet that you will be subject to Slanderous accusations by Classic Mgmt and invented content to be typed into a computer secretly at an undisclosed location. 5. For official inquiry into these rules and a complimentary Non-Employee Customer performance evaluation, please contact Joe Laubhan - Service Director, if you're unable to reach him after repeated calls/attempts as this is just business as usual. 6. Attempting to obtain status on your vehicle after 3-4 days will result in disqualification from the contest and a Ban from the dealership. *Pause Parody* You will also get your rear view mirror cocked sideways signaling that you've been 86'd. **Resume Parody** 7. Speaking to Adam Kimber is a no no and Joe will perceive this as "Going over his head" or "Getting someone involved" even though you're just trying to get a hold of the chain of command. =====================*Disclaimer*===================================== Classic Chevrolet reserves the right no matter the situation to inform their customers that "No one wants to work with them" and Managers will selectively filter Appointments and reject them without prior notice or explanation.
